Alas, life is always full of paperwork. Mission trips are no exception.
A few things that you should know if you're considering any form of mission work:
1. Passport (Click Here). You will need a current passport - one that will not expire for at least 6 months AFTER you return from your mission. If
you do not have one, simply stop by any post office and pick up an application. You will need a passport photo which can be
taken in almost any drugstore. If you are in a rush, passports can be expedited for a fee.
2. Shots (Click Here).Yep, you need to get a bunch of shots. Again, depending on the country, you will probably need a tetanus booster, Hepatitis
A and B, Diphtheria, Malaria and possibly more. Many mission teams will have a team physician who will advise you on which
shots will be needed.
3. APPLICATION (Click Here). (All current and prospective CTM Team members must complete this form to be considered for the next
mission trip.) Here is the form that includes all the information that CTM will use to provide to other
mission organizations. Simply enter the information to let us know that you are ready! It will take some time but getting
it correct and completed will help us get you ready for the experience of a lifetime.
The following items may be helpful for you, the next Team Member.
Letter -We suggest that everyone send a letter telling family, friends, business associates
about your trip. Not everyone will ever go on a mission trip - but some may be willing to help YOU. Even if you
can afford the Team Fee, we think you bless others by letting them help you.
Packing List - suggested items to pack in your duffle bags.
IRS Letter - this is the documentation which indicates CTM's non-profit status
